    If there ever was a key to the success of any project boat it is surely Persistence. There will be days and weeks where you feel like you are making no progress or worse yet going backwards. The trick is not to get discouraged and give up. You need to keep moving even if it does not feel like you will ever reach the end. One of the biggest mistakes I see is the guy who leaps in and has untold enthusiasm only to quickly fade and give up early.     Setting goals is easy…… keeping them not so. I think the biggest mistake most people make is to set their goals too broad too big. This has always been a mistake of mine and the cause of some of my biggest failures. Not that I like to admit to failures….. let’s just call them deviations from the goals. When you set your goals too broad or too grand they become that much more difficult to achieve. ...
